Hilltop Dental Care Plan

The following treatment and benefits are included in all the 3 options available in our plan. Your dentist will advise you on the best option for you.

  • 1 Full routine Clinical Examination
  • 1 Scale & Polish with the dentist or combined examination and scale and polish with the hygienist.
  • Any clinically necessary X-rays
  • Emergency out of hours cover up to £120 *
  • Emergency treatment to relieve pain and trauma world-wide at any time up to £350 *
  • Accidental damage caused by an external trauma to the mouth will be covered up to £1,000 *

Option 1
£8.30 per month - 1 visit in 6 months

Option 2
£ 6.70 per month - 1 visit in 9 months

Option 3
£5.05 per month - 1 visit in 12 months

Patients who join the plan will also be entitled to 10% discount off any other dental treatment required.

Advantages of Our Dental Care Plans

  1. 10% discount off our fees for any additional dental treatment including cosmetic treatment.
  2. Free out of surgery hours emergency cover, if the patient is not on the plan there will be a fee incurred. *
  3. World-wide emergency dental treatment to relieve pain and trauma up will be reimbursed up to £350. *
  4. Accidental injury treatment caused by an external impact could be offered by your dentist up to £1000 dental fees. *
  5. The monthly fee for the plan is the equivalent to the cost of paying fee per item for the dental treatment. The accident and emergency service offered is included as part of the plan for no additional charge.
  6. Patients who choose to pay annually have an additional 5% discount off their annual plan fee.
  7. Patients do not have to be dentally fit to join.

Dental Care Plan Registration

If you decide to join our plan we recommend joining immediately after finishing your current course of treatment. If you are not due for a check up and wish to join straight away please contact reception. Our receptionists will be pleased to assist you with the completion of the necessary forms and Direct Debit Mandate.

A monthly direct debit is set up for the dental care plan payments. Direct Debits are collected from your account on the 10th of every month.

There is a £10 joining fee.
